Weather can change from time to time. Different places in a certain country example Philippines will experience different weather condition. Some areas will experience cloudy weather, some are rain, and some are sunny. While climate is an expected average weather condition that will happen based on statistical data gathered. Philippine climate is the same all through out the country in a certain time and climate will not changed suddenly unlike weather.
